President

Laura Kossoff has performed and directed improvisational comedy with the troupe Wacky and Wild.  A founding member of the Willful Company, she produced and performed Shakespeare, with favorite roles including Juliet (Romeo and Juliet), Olivia (Twelfth Night), and Hero (Much Ado About Nothing).  With the Ever After Company, she produced the original and sequel to Shred It 'Til It Blooms, while performing the role of Mary Magdalene.  Laura has previously worked in finance and residuals at Worldvision Enterprises, a division of Spelling Entertainment, and with Jacques d'Amboise at the National Dance Institute.  A native New Yorker, Laura is a graduate of Wellesley College.

Talent Coordinator

Jennifer Manel has worked with casting agents since she was five years old.  A past winner of the NB Model and Talent Expo, she has developed and taught seminars for actors in Texas.  Her education is from St. John's University.


Talent Intern

Giselle Gastellis a Senior at Columbia University, double majoring in Art History and Hispanic Studies.  She has interned at JIVE Records as well as two public relations firms.  Giselle is currently Vice President of the Saber Dance Troop and has previous performance experience in musical theater.

CONSULTANTS

Katie Flynn joined the ranks of Dream Weavers as a staff member in March after working as an intern.  Previously, she has worked in the entertainment industry as a special effects makeup artist, location manager, and line producer.  She has also held numerous positions in both television and film.  Katie graduated from the College of Charleston, Charleston, SC in 2006 with a B.A. in Mass Media Communications and Theater.



Rita Battat Silverman worked with Margie Wollin Casting and has gone on to provide talent for The View, Sally Jesse Raphael, The Maury Povich Show and News Talk New York.  She has arranged speaking engagements for celebrities and coordinated the publishing of The Idiot's Guide to Judaism which became a bestseller.  She serves as President of We Care, USA, Inc., a charity providing clothing and supplies for Bosnian refugees.  Rita has a degree in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University.  She has two grown children and lives in New York City with her husband.
